Yes.  All of the Collective Outsourcing team are able to communicate (verbal and written) in English.  We have found over the years that the more time you spend engaging with your team, the more confident and competent communicators they become.

You engage Collective Outsourcing to manage Philippines payroll and adherence to Philippines Labour regulations.  Collective is responsible for payroll processing in Philippines Pesos.  You will simply receive a monthly invoice (in advance) with the AUD converted amount and payroll calculations.

We encourage our clients to use online communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams.  Email is another communication tool available to you.  Alternative contacts such as WhatsApp are useful if Internet access is not available.

Technology enables control from Australia and restricts the movement of data and information outside of a cloud platform or server network.

We provide IT hardware that is restricted in its functionality (e.g. unable to print or save to USB).  Our IT team can work with you to identify suitable controls.  Ultimately, you control the data security protections within your networks together with access to various systems and what functionality each user holds.

Absolutely, our Collective Outsourcing staff love getting involved with their onshore offices. We share ways to ensure everyone feels a part of your business in our Offshoring Success Program. Some of our clients have included their offshore team members in their Friday Drinks, their end of year celebrations and their EOFY celebrations too.

The precise cost to our clients depends on which solution they choose to support their business.  Our standard service model is based on employment cost + service fee per team member.  Our Service Fee is currently $990.00 AUD (ex GST) per month.  Employment cost refers to the Philippines employment components (e.g. salary) and required benefits for each employee.  This amount is converted to AUD and included in a monthly invoice.

An Initial Fee $2,250.00 AUD (ex GST) for each individual position required or person to be appointed is applied at the beginning of engagement.

As stated earlier, depending on the service option chosen, the cost structure and amounts may be different.

Our Offshore Success Program is provided one on one by our General Manager Scott Brooks.

Our offshore team work 8:30am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard time, Monday to Friday. This ensures they are available when you need them.
